These terms govern use of aifcertguide.com, the AIF® PDF study guide, account dashboard, quizzes, and native AIF Tutor, operated by Rittenhouse LLC. By purchasing or using a paid product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Independent educational product
The guide and Tutor provide independent educational study support. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Fi360 or Broadridge; do not contain official exam questions; do not predict an official score; and do not guarantee certification, employment, investment results, or any other outcome.
No professional advice
Content and AI responses are not legal, fiduciary, investment, tax, compliance, or client-specific advice. Do not use them to make decisions for a client, plan, employer, account, or investment mandate. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or mistaken, and should be checked against current official materials and qualified professional advice where appropriate.
PDF guide purchases
The PDF guide is a separate one-time purchase. After confirmed payment, the purchaser receives access to download the licensed guide and may also claim it in an account dashboard using the purchase email. The purchase grants one individual a personal, non-transferable license. You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute, or use the guide to train another commercial product.
Tutor subscription and optional trials
The AIF Tutor is a separate subscription priced at $14.99 per month plus applicable tax. Buying the PDF never starts a Tutor trial or subscription automatically. New Tutor customers may deliberately opt into a separate three-day trial, while an eligible guide purchaser may be offered a seven-day trial instead. A payment method is required. Before checkout you will be shown the trial length, price, renewal terms, and how to cancel. Unless you cancel before the displayed trial end, Stripe will charge $14.99 plus applicable tax and the subscription will renew monthly until canceled. Each account may use only one Tutor trial.
Cancellation
You may cancel online from Account → Manage AIF Tutor billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the billing portal states otherwise, access continues through the paid period or trial already shown there. Permanently deleting the account is different: it immediately cancels an active Tutor membership and removes Tutor access and linked study data. Save your export before deletion if you want a copy.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Acceptable use and limits
Do not share an account, evade access or usage controls, reverse engineer the service, automate abusive requests, attempt to obtain confidential exam content, submit sensitive client or payment information, infringe intellectual property, or use the service unlawfully. Tutor access is subject to daily, monthly, safety, and cost limits. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, payment failure, maintenance, or a material violation of these terms.
Availability and changes
Features, models, limits, and content may change as the product improves. We may correct errors or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security. If we make a material change to subscription pricing, it will apply no earlier than the notice and effective date presented to affected subscribers, subject to applicable law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, exam results, or fitness for a particular professional purpose. Rittenhouse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
