PDF study guide
Because the guide is a digital product delivered for immediate access, guide purchases are generally final once the PDF has been accessed or downloaded. Contact us within seven days if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the file could not be delivered or opened and we cannot fix it, or you made an accidental purchase and have not accessed or downloaded the guide. We will review the Stripe record and delivery status before deciding the request.
AIF Tutor
You can cancel the $14.99 monthly Tutor subscription online at any time to stop future renewals. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a paid period begins, including when a trial converts after its clearly displayed end date. Contact us promptly for a duplicate charge, a charge made after a confirmed cancellation, an extended service outage, or an unauthorized charge. We may request information needed to locate and verify the transaction.
How to request help
Email rittenhousecorpmd@gmail.com from the purchase email and include the product, charge date, amount, and a short description. Do not email a full card number. We aim to acknowledge complete requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank posting time is outside our control.
